Delivery Overview

We provide delivery of shipping containers to residential, commercial, and industrial locations throughout Michigan. Delivery availability, timing, and placement depend on location, site conditions, and equipment access.

All delivery details are confirmed prior to scheduling.

Delivery Scheduling

Delivery dates are scheduled after order confirmation and payment. While we strive to meet requested delivery windows, delivery times are estimated and may be affected by weather, traffic, site conditions, equipment availability, or other factors outside of our control.

Same-day or expedited delivery is not guaranteed.

Site Access & Placement

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is:

  • Accessible for delivery equipment

  • Free of overhead obstructions (power lines, trees, structures)

  • Able to support the weight of the container and delivery vehicle

Final container placement is at the discretion of the delivery operator based on safety and site conditions.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Obtain any required permits or approvals

  • Verify property access and ground conditions

  • Ensure the delivery location is clear at the scheduled time

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by inaccessible sites, restricted access, or unsafe conditions.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on container size, delivery location, distance, and site conditions. All delivery pricing is communicated prior to scheduling.

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery, relocation, or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to site conditions.

Weather & Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, road closures, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Container Condition

All containers are delivered in wind and water-tight condition. Minor cosmetic wear may be present and does not affect performance or security.

Liability

Once the container is placed at the delivery location, responsibility for the container and its contents transfers to the customer for the duration of the rental period.
